YOUNG LOVE

Katie is a bright young woman but is totally uneducated in matters of the heart. She has been sheltered from all the things most eighteen-year-olds take for granted. Katie rebels after her high school graduation and boards a bus for Orlando, Florida, where an older friend and former neighbor moved years ago. Anna offers Katie a helping hand by offering a spare bed and the guidance she needs to survive in the real world. Then after Katie met Brian, Anna added a crash course on the ins and outs of dating.

Katie finds a job and begins to chart her own course for the future. She continues to date Brian, who is hoping for more than a kiss or two as the end of summer approaches, and Katie still won't wear his ring.

Katie refuses his calls over a misunderstanding. But they reunite on his next trip home. Katie's confused over the sexual attraction she feels, wondering if it's love or lust, until Brian is accused of fathering a child, and the on-and-off relationship ends, taking her life in another direction. Only after years with no magic does she realize that what she felt was real love and fears she'll never find love again-until the day she finds him blocking her path, surprising them both.
