Many people will recognize the self as their body. This is me, I am this. The reason I named this book self-healing is that you are indeed the self as in your body in this moment of time and space, however, you are also part of the universal body, more specifically the body of mother earth. By healing yourself, you will also automatically participate with the global movement to heal the self which is the universal and complete self that has many names and yet still, no one can describe. This self is all and everything.

This book is written for you If you witness a world of hurt around you, by changing your perspective and actively working on your own self-healing, you will also immediately work on the self that you see outside of your current perspective. Which is the self of the global body, all the trees, rocks, people, animals, experiences, technology. So each step you take healing your current self, you are also one step closer to healing the global self, and once the global self is healed and there is peace and unity around the whole globe. We as a human race can move forward to spread our message of peace and love off-planet as well.

During the times when the major religions started, spirituality was very an easy path to take, a wanderer had to travel a long way to find a "different idea" and if that idea suited his own opinion of the world he most often stayed within that community of people. A great example of this is Siddhartha by Herman Hesse, Now, in the modern world, there are ideas and beliefs everywhere up to the point where you get confused on what path to take. So many promises, yet no clear road to take. However, as you already experienced in your life, what has been seen, cannot be unseen. Perhaps you have already experienced a shift in reality, which in turn brought you towards buying this book. Perhaps you are someone that is just looking for more in life than what is seen or generally known. One thing is for sure, once you have experienced oneness there is no turning back and in many environments, it is difficult to find others that have experienced the same which can add to the feeling of isolation and separateness. If you are one of these people, then you must know that Forgiveness & Compassion is the path forward until more of us "wake up".In all the religions and beliefs I investigated trying to find an answer for the experience I had. There was only one that made sense and gave a place for me in the world. In a world that seems more separated than ever, YOU, being able to recognize others are yourself. And therefore, forgiving them for doing something that harms another because they do not know yet who they are, and showing compassion to all those who are in a lesser situation.

This will automatically change your own personal illusion to one of love for all. No matter what situation I find myself in, going back to the place where I see the person or situation opposite of me, as for me. I can show forgiveness for their transgressions, I can show compassion for their current stage in life. There is no hierarchy in this, there is no person more or less than another person. It is only the realization of how close you are to the ultimate truth. You do not have to be a guru, they have their own path to follow. The only thing you can do is to just be. Be the person that recognizes the other person as a mirror copy of you and it will change your life and perspective.

My intention with this book is to create a better world, and it is a better world with a stronger you in it! Make sure you can follow your dreams, because every time you get stronger, the world gets stronger. You have so much to share, so much knowledge that is locked up inside of you that is waiting to shine and illuminate others and if you are afraid this will remain hidden.
