The affirmations touch upon a range of issues and concerns-some common, some not so much.


These affirmations can be the beginning of a journey to challenge self-limiting beliefs, cycles and patterns. You may have held onto some of those beliefs for comfort, or because they haven't yet healed. They can help regulate your nervous system and bring your thoughts and energies to the present moment, giving you clarity, focus and purpose.


They will help you move from the low vibration states of resistance, sadness, rage, lack and hurt, towards high vibration states of ascension, love, peace, joy and flow. Affirmations are also an effective way to process emotions rather than bypassing them, contributing positively to your individual wellness.



About The Author:

Sandeep Adnani is a Mental Health Counsellor, Life Coach and Professional Supervisor based in Melbourne. He is a Level 2 member of the Australian Counselling Association, helping clients nation-wide with his supervision service and globally with his counselling and life-coaching services. His private practice, 'counsellingLIFE' was established in July 2018.
