Without Purpose, Nothing Stands

Dr Paulraj Joseph is not a theorist writing about leadership from a distance. He is a practitioner who has lived it - across boardrooms, ministry platforms, and every demanding season in between. With more than four decades of combined experience spanning corporate enterprise, entrepreneurship, and Kingdom service, Dr Joseph brings a perspective that is rare in leadership writing: the credibility of someone who has operated at senior levels in both the corporate world and ministry, and who has felt, firsthand, the weight of responsibility that comes with each. Originally trained as an engineer, he holds advanced degrees in Financial Analysis and Public Administration, a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialisation in Strategic Management, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. But his qualifications are less interesting than what he has done with them - leading organisations through complexity, building teams under pressure, and learning, sometimes painfully, what it means to remain aligned with purpose across the long arc of a career. Dr Joseph writes because he has something to say that he has not found said elsewhere - with sufficient honesty, sufficient practicality, and sufficient grounding in both Scripture and real-world leadership.
