'Tis the season to play every trope card in the quest for romantic love.

Noelle Serrano has a plan. She's read and watched enough holiday romances to know all the tried-and-true formulas for finding love around Christmas, so why not put them to good use?

1. Move to a small town. Check.
2. Lease a fixer-upper and hang out at the hardware store to find a hunky helper. Double check.
3. Meet a gorgeous, flannel-clad Christmas tree farm owner on the side of the road after swerving to avoid his reindeer. Lucky unexpected check.

Noelle also strikes up an online conversation with an anonymous local, while flirting with a hot widower/single dad. Yes, it's fair to say she's got her bases covered. Because every good plan has multiple backup plans, and hers are foolproof. If only her mortal enemy-and his big, hard head-would stay out of her way.

Kent F. Clark has no idea what he's done to earn the most prominent position on Noelle's "naughty list."
