Seeking Petals: Leslie has somehow survived an attack by the dreaded Count Vacilly, but that's not the end of her troubles. She hears a cry for help in the night, sparking a frenzied and dangerous search for her best friend's missing companion. Who is the kidnapper? And why did he abduct a perfectly ordinary stranger? Nothing adds up, but the answer turns out to be more complex than Leslie believed possible. In the meantime, there's Morgan, a young vampire who has his lustful eye on her. To flirt, to not to flirt? But, true to form, Leslie's honeymoon holiday is cut short by a menacing danger that threatens to destroy her present beautiful surroundings. So, it's back to action once more for our vampire heroine who, along with her extraordinary new friend, Huru, brave an unknown world to discover the author of all the present mischief. They arrive at their destination and finally uncover the mysterious author of all the mayhem, but it's the very last person Leslie expected to meet. Escape is essential, but danger lurks around every corner. Literally. And it's by no means certain that any of them will escape alive to tell of what they've seen.
