This booklet covers a magnitude of history of man and his quest to escape from man by going underground and thus out of sight.

Covered Are:
The text and pictures cover the history of underground life from centuries before Christ, to the present. There are descriptions and photos of underground tunnels and chambers that are living areas, religious areas, military areas, and shopping areas.

War & Peace:
It seems that life on earth has been one war after another in that the quest for money, power, and satisfied egos has gone on in virtually every nation since man discovered that hitting someone with a rock could be lucrative.

Addresses:
The text of each of the 60 underground sites includes the nation where the site is (listed alphabetically) and the address of where you as a traveler can locate the site. In many instances there are also GPS coordinates, opening and closing times, and other factual items you as a traveler should understand.
