TRANS

Stories of Desire, Sex, and Being Seen

What happens when trans people stop asking for permission to want?

To be wanted.

To be touched.

To be looked at with hunger instead of curiosity.

To let someone close without having to explain everything first.

There are things we want that we do not always know how to ask for.

Sometimes we want to be known.

Sometimes we want to be completely unknown.

Sometimes we want love.

Sometimes we want one night with someone whose name we may never know.

Sometimes we want to be desired as we are, without someone turning our body into a question.

These are stories about trans people and desire.

These are sexual stories, but they are never only about sex.

They move through sex, fear, trust, bodies, strangers, lovers, first times, old lovers, and the moments when something begins physically and becomes something neither person expected.

Some stories are tender.

Some are intense.

Some are about love.

Some are about strangers.

Some are about discovering a part of yourself you did not know was there.

About the things we hide.

And the things we finally allow ourselves to reach for.

For many trans people, desire is never just desire.

A body can carry history.

Being touched can bring fear.

Being wanted can come with questions.

Sometimes the hardest part is not wanting.

It is allowing yourself to believe that you can be wanted exactly as you are.

But there comes a moment when survival is no longer enough.

A moment when you stop asking what you are allowed to want.

And start finding out what happens when you let yourself want it.

To be desired.

To be touched.

To take.

To give.

To let someone see you.

For anyone who has ever wondered what it would feel like to stop being careful for a moment and simply desire.

These are stories about trans people who step into that space.

Who take risks.

Who let themselves be seen.

Who touch and are touched.

Who discover that desire can be more than sex.

Sometimes it can be trust.

Sometimes it can be connection.

And sometimes, it can be freedom.

A collection of stories where trans bodies are not explained, debated, or pitied.

Where desire is central.

Where pleasure is the point.

Where every reader, especially trans readers, can find themselves, lose themselves, and come home to themselves.
