Having to alter their travel plans in 2020 due to the pandemic, Steve & Doreen, and some of their family made it a point to visit Disney World in August 2021; no more delays. They took every precaution to stay safe and returned home with wonderful memories. Little did they know then, their lives were about to change drastically...


What started with a headache turned into Steve being the first to get COVID. He felt so ill that he asked God to put him out of his misery. This changed when Doreen got COVID next. Her case couldn't have been more extreme as she was put on a ventilator and only seemed to be getting worse with each passing day.


The spiritual journey that lay dormant inside Steve for sixty years is now being shared. No matter what life throws at you, stand strong in your faith to trust God.


Steve Busche is a simple family man with a quiet soul. He enjoys his life with his wife of forty-two years, his four children and their spouses, and his nine grandchildren. His first book fulfills a promise he made to God to tell everyone what He had done for his family. Steve is most humbled to share this scary, yet joyous period of his life and hopes it will help bring more people closer to God.
