In 2017, I wrote in my journal a message for my heart for 47 days in a row. It was an empowering time. The messages replaced chaos with calm, fear with peace, nourished my heart, and brought me joy.

These messages brought me hope, peace, and joy despite the fear, unhappiness, bitterness, and hatred that was going on in the world around me and around us. I was able to find joy in and through my Creator.
