Do your present difficulties trigger you because of past traumas?

Do you experience challenging situations in your day-to-day life and relationships? Do you set goals to accomplish your vision, yet become overwhelmed by the distractions that trigger you?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may experience moments when your true finish line isn't in view. You may look around only to see others sprinting ahead, which gives way to further discouragement.

To the Finish Line, by Dr. Michael McKenzie, tackles these issues head-on.

Dr. Michael McKenzie Sr. earned his Ph.D. in Theology from Kingdom Truth University. He also possesses an MBA in Strategic Management from Northcentral University. Dr. McKenzie Sr. is a United States Army (retired) combat veteran and U.S. Army Ranger with over 22 years of active military service under his belt.

McKenzie's experiences, the exercising of his faith, and the discoveries he made along the way inspired him to be an advocate for veterans, first responders, family members, and others who may encounter similar struggles on their journeys.

You'll discover the tools McKenzie wishes he'd had early on to facilitate his approach to life after walking through trauma. You'll learn:

The importance of avoiding comparison
How to validate and appreciate yourself and others
What it means to set and keep your PACE
Coping mechanisms for dealing with your triggers
Signs of an unsupportive or abusive environment
Your God-given authority to overcome

There is hope for you to make a comeback from the suffering of your past and establish a thriving present. The strategies in this book will help you make it To the Finish Line in your life.

Buy a copy today and get ready to learn more about McKenzie's journey and how you can overcome Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder to thrive in the present.
