Jamie Stokes has spent his whole life in Breakwater Beach. Theo Simms is supposed to be there for twelve weeks.

Jamie knows the waves, the locals, the shortcuts, and all the things that were better before tourists, vacation rentals, and change started reshaping the town he loves.
