The Pendulum of History and the Sundial Zodiac

This volume shifts our focus from the inner world (Microcosm) to the outer realm of time, history, and prophecy (Macrocosm). The ultimate purpose of prophecy is not to predict the future, but to reveal the immutable, cyclical law of the Principle of Rhythm. We interpret the Qur'anic accounts of civilization-their rise, fall, and eventual renewal-as the predictable, compensatory swings of a cosmic pendulum. The truth hidden in these stories is that the Divine Law is self-enforcing, and nothing, not even history, is linear.

Our guiding metaphor is the Sundial Zodiac: The prophets are the fixed, perfectly aligned Gnomons (markers) on the celestial clock, and the corruption of their message is the shadow cast by the light of Revelation across the circle of time. History is simply the shadow moving around the eternal wheel of the Zodiac.

The need for this decoding is existential. The literal interpretation of the three major Abrahamic faiths-Judaism, Christianity, and Islam-is a catastrophic failure that projects internal spiritual conflict onto the external world, resulting in senseless wars and violence. By remaining enslaved to impossible, face-value interpretations, these religions condemn their followers to the "Egypt" of the carnal, ego-driven mind. We must reverse this process. We must use the key of Hermeticism to unlock the universal, internal truth that unites Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad. The cosmic patterns revealed here are designed to liberate consciousness, proving that Heaven is a state of mind achieved here, now, on this physical plane.
