'Hear what Patricia. Go back to sleep I'm too tired and I need my beauty sleep,' said her younger sister.
'Poppy you're an eleven-year-old girl and eleven-year-old girls don't need beauty sleep now get up and look out the window. I'm sure I heard a terrible bang. It sounded like something big crashed into the garden hut. Poppy please I'm too scared to look.'
'Oh for goodness sake you're such a big baby,' said Poppy as she wiped the crusty sleep from the corners of her eyes and lifted the torch she kept on her bedside table, switched it on and peered out the window.
She scanned the garden with the wide beam and said, 'see, there's nothing there, not even the hut.'
