FBI cyber investigator Daniel Marek and his partner Renee Okafor are pulled out of bed before dawn to find out why. What they uncover is not a breach. It is a frame - a cell of rogue officers building a false trail through US government systems on the eve of Montenegro's accession to NATO, and preparing to lay the blame at the feet of the wrong people.
