THE MYSTERY OF RUTH OPOKU

THE MYSTERY OF RUTH OPOKU
THE LIFE STORY OF AN ANGEL, HER DEMISE AND THE MYSTERIES BEHIND HER STORY

"Life is a journey through a misty landscape, where the path ahead is shrouded in mystery, and the only certainty is the present moment." - Unknown
The life of Ruth Opoku our angel and lovely daughter right from day one was a mystery. Truly, her life was surrounded with so much mysteries right from the time she was conceived in the womb of her mother, Mrs. Opoku my wife. We may not be able to decode the mysteries surrounding her life as said by the preacher, but we acknowledged her presence, unmatched impact and feel her loss so deeply that we can only take consolation in the Lord that she was an angel sent for such a time as this and has fulfilled her assignment on earth. We know she still lives and time will give us the opportunity to be with her again never to depart from each other again.
Ruth, an angel sent to us at the time we were desperately expecting a baby girl from God. Miraculously, she came, she lived and was in a hurry about her life achievement. We never understood why she wanted to be fast about her life; her school, career pursuit and everything. It was not the normal life of the average person. We never knew that she had a mission that was going to be pursued in a short time.
Follow me as I narrate the story our angel, the angel of the Opoku family and how she flew away to heaven to her maker. The journey was tough, we did our very best. We prayed, we sought the best of medical practitioners and the best hospitals in the world but our effort could not remedy the sickness that attacked her while she was about to get to her 23rd birthday. There were several predictions that she was going to die tomorrow but Ruth proved the expert wrong until they all stopped predicting her death.
This book is a must read, I made my mind that whether Ruth triumph over the sickness or not, we were going to write her life story and this is the book I present to the world. It is the story of an angel, a sweet one who came, lived, touched countless lives and conquered the battles of life and finally flew to her maker.
