Trauma is often a silent crisis that creates invisible barriers between people and their ecosystems. It is not a life-sentence. As humans, our minds are wired for certainty and not having directions while experiencing trauma only expands our inner chatter. While there are no linear solutions in any such journey, there are definitive areas that need to be worked on to get past the stigma, self-blame, regret, and fear that lie beneath most issues associated with trauma.
