You will learn the Crane's Beak, a hand shape that can strike like a whip to the most sensitive parts of the body, like the throat or the eyes, to stop an attack immediately.

This book provides a complete system for defense. You will learn a set of five core blocks. Each block is designed to stop an attack coming from a different angle-a straight punch, a hook, an uppercut, a grab. You will not just learn to block. You will learn how each block can instantly become a painful lock on the attacker's arm or a throw that puts them on the ground. We will cover every part of a real fight. You will learn what to do when an attacker is very close to you.
