The Fetish of Welcome

This book analyzes a dynamic that's rarely discussed but increasingly discernible.

How can personal desire influence the debate around welcoming migrants?
Is there a form of welcoming motivated not by empathy, but by sexual attraction?

This essay investigates the profile of the Fetishists of Welcome (FETWEL)- individuals who promote the indiscriminate entry of immigrants, particularly Black men, driven by an intimate, often unstated, interest. Through testimonials, online content, psychological analysis, and social dynamics, the book explores the roots of this trend.

This analysis centers on Italy, a key migration hub in Europe, and shows how similar dynamics appear across Western countries.

Mass immigration is a complex phenomenon that has produced many consequences, including illegal immigration. This book focuses on the study of phenomena such as racial stereotypes and the fetish of welcome, power dynamics, white guilt, and anti racism narratives-offering a sociology for adults that challenges conventional views.

It examines how some, often unconsciously, rationalize their obsessions behind the pretext of humanitarian values. It also addresses the issue of false accusations of racism, used to silence debate, and the resulting social tensions.

• An investigation into the psychological mechanisms underlying The Fetish of Welcome
• The origins of racial fetishism
• The role of media, pornography, and online content
• Communication strategies, manipulations, and dynamics of self-absolution
• The consequences of these dynamics on society

A clear, accessible, and well-documented work that invites reflection and encourages an honest dialogue - with respect at the core of every discussion.
