The Fairies of Inishowen

The Fairies of Inishowen is a heartwarming children's picture book series written by 10-year-old author Keira Geraghty. Each story follows a different fairy who helps children understand and navigate big feelings such as jealousy, worry, sadness, and feeling left out.

Through gentle storytelling and beautiful illustrations, the fairies guide young readers toward kindness, empathy, and compassion. Each fairy represents one of the elements of nature and uses her unique magic to help children see problems in a new way and discover the power of helping others.

The series includes four magical stories:

• Tara the Earth Fairy - teaching children to care for the world and for each other.

• Enya the Fire Fairy - helping children find courage and strength during difficult moments.

• Isla the Air Fairy - bringing calm thoughts and hope when worries feel overwhelming.

• Shannon the Water Fairy - showing how understanding emotions can help friendships grow stronger.

Written in a warm, lyrical style that children and parents can enjoy together, The Fairies of Inishowen encourages young readers to believe that even small acts of kindness can make the world a better place.

Perfect for bedtime reading, classrooms, and social-emotional learning, this series reminds children that kindness, empathy, and helping others are the most powerful magic of all.
