The 1940s private eye versus the winds of technological change.

On one side: Dick Winchester and his indomitable band of underground delivery drivers, war criminals, unpaid interns, and a returning cast from The Opening Salvo.

Opposing them: the combined forces of Öber Eats, FloorDash, and the Deepest State, headed by its shadowy monarch.

Facing such stiff opposition in his life's mission to break the dominance of app-based food delivery, Dick embarks on a quest to enlist more allies. His journey will take him across the D.C. area's most well-known landmarks, from the Pentagon to the Watergate Hotel.

Joined by chief QAnon competitor K-Incog and an old friend/parakeet, Dick confronts the Deepest State in the basement of an unassuming pizza parlor.

Will he defeat this sinister cabal before his enemies make their final move?

And will the confrontation cost the pizzeria owner his business?
