In a world where young men often receive conflicting messages about masculinity, The Code offers a transformative path to adulthood rooted in the ancient wisdom of the samurai. This comprehensive curriculum helps boys move confidently into manhood by teaching them that true self-mastery comes from both embracing one's power and accepting the responsibility that comes with it.

Drawing on the framework of bushidō, The Code guides students through seven essential virtues:

• Rectitude: Making right and just decisions in difficult situations.
• Loyalty: Developing devotion and faithfulness in relationships.
• Honor: Maintaining personal dignity and self-worth.
• Courage: Facing fear to do what is right.
• Honesty: Pursuing sincerity and truth in deeds and words.

The curriculum uniquely blends Western and Eastern traditions, pairing Socratic-style discourse to stimulate critical thinking with the ancient practice of shodō (Japanese calligraphy) to promote mindfulness and discipline.
