The starting point is the teaching of the psychoanalyst O. Count Wittgenstein, who assumed that the human being contains three parts within himself, which he can only combine in different ways to form a unity or unified personality. The final and ideal unity he calls the 'trialog'. As with the theme of mountain climbing, the author also explores cultural and psychological issues in order to ultimately reach the 'trialogue' through hiking, meditation and, above all, in-tellectual processing. The book also contains a guide to the practice of the method.
