The supplier evaluation process shown fits the reality of this company, a feature that agrees with what is expressed by Mazo, Giraldo, & Parra, (2011) who point out that each company is a particular case and the choice of methods of approach and final decision in the evaluation of suppliers will be determined by the complexity of its supply management, business model, the availability of information and its level of interaction with the parties involved in the decision process.
