Summoner's Strength

The world changed for ever more when the Gates appeared in the world. Rips in space, cloudy veils between dimensions, or simply referred to as Gates are openings to another place. A place filled with monsters. Humanity is ever adaptable and learned that some can obtain status screens and can level up to fight these monsters. Not only that, but these people can even enter into the Gate, kill the monsters inside, and close the Gate. Hence these individuals are called Closers.

For one young woman who learned that she had a status screen but due to her mother's wishes she had never once dreamed of being a Closer. To actually enter into a Gate and kill monsters. Although due to a cruel twist of fate she has found herself doing just that. And she quickly learned the reason behind her mother's wishes. She had no talent for it. All of her effort just went into surviving the Gates in one piece.

After being banned from entering any more Gates and left with no other option, she roles the dice in an all or nothing gamble and crosses through one of the few Gates that doesn't lead to a dungeon full of monsters but to what seems to another world. And it seems that the dice came up seven. In this new world, unlike her old, she has finally found a path forward.
