Is a book about a twelve-year-old boy that is trying to rush into being a teenager. Corey Colin returns to visit his big sister Lanie and her husband Myles and their children for another summer vacation. He has spent summer vacations visiting his big sister and her family before. But now he has just turned twelve years old. Corey mistakenly believes that now that he has turned twelve that he is old enough to do whatever he wants. He learns that just because he is growing up and getting older that he is still a young boy learning how to navigate his world around him and the many ups and downs of life that comes with growing up. Corey finds out that there is more to growing up than just getting older.
