Strangely Odd

When Kathlee Penova ends up in an alley, pregnant and abandoned by everyone she thought would be there for her, she isn't sure how she is going to get back on her feet. Her boyfriend cheated on her, none of her friends are around to help, and her parents gave her an ultimatum that she would rather die than take. Just when she thinks she is going to become a proper homeless person, someone unexpected sweeps in and helps her out. Although she is out of the alley, Kathlee soon discovers that accepting Killian Angler's offer may have led her down a stranger path than she would have been on had she stayed in the alley.

Killian Angler is one of three triplets that run a boating company and have some... interesting issues going on at home. Despite this, when Killian sees Kathlee abandoned in an alley, he offers to let her stay with him and his family until she can get on her feet again. But when he discovers she is pregnant, it drives him to want to help her even more, no matter what it takes and no matter how his family feels about the situation. But taking matters into his own hands has its consequences when there are things that aren't easily explained happening.

As Kathlee learns more about the triplets and their mysterious ways, she begins to realize that they are not like any other people she has met before. They pose so many questions: why does Killian look like he's their younger brother when he's supposed to be the first born? Why does Toph, the middle triplet, seem so different from the other two? Why is Joe, the youngest, always in the basement?
