Follow each family as they move through their time and place in a 160-year journey. Despite the rigors of hard and dangerous occupations, our families will find time for fun and recreation. Shinty in Scotland, ice hockey, with its beginnings in Nova Scotia, and golf with its connection back to Scotland will play major roles in their lives. The human spirit will prevail as love will perform its magic in mysterious ways. The journey is painful as well as beautiful as each generation searches for its reason to be.
