Step into the shadowy forgotten wilderness populated by shaggy cryptids-unseen, unheard, and unsmelled by humankind. The misty forest conceals the big-footed, big-hearted Gogg family of six hair-covered, yarn-collecting, treehouse-dwelling Sasquatches and their growing menagerie of rescued Squatch Pets.

Trew, the oldest Gogg son, sets out on a mission to find them a new home. His quest leads him to the perfect place, but he discovers a dangerous dilemma. Trew and his dad put their heads together and devise a solution, with Trew taking the lead as his dad's apprentice. While the two engineers are hard at work, Trew glimpses an itty-bitty critter in peril and swings into action. Will the brave rescuer get there in time? 

Trew's younger sisters, Nan and Viv, and kid brother, Pip, have exciting escapades of their own and come across their own helpless creatures in jeopardy. How will they react when lives could be at stake?
