Dr. Raymond E. Meadors is a Licensed Psychologist, having earned the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Counseling Psychology. Before devoting full time to therapeutic practice, he maintained ordination in a religious organization that serves 80 million adherents worldwide. Carol Farrington Meadors is a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified EMDR trauma specialist, having earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Counseling. Additional areas of expertise in Carol's résumé include multi-modalities for personal enrichment: Guided Meditations; Mindfulness Habits of Highly Effective Brains; and Emotional Reprocessing Therapy.

Dr. Meadors doctoral dissertation was titled: "Marriage Enrichment: An Emerging Specialty in the Field of Marital Counseling." During the late 1980s, Carol and Ray led one of the most prominent marriage enrichment programs in the country. The Meadors' are authors and publishers of numerous self-help books. Each of these manuscripts, in one form or another, is based on their half-century marriage and as many years working as spiritual practitioners. These relational enrichment materials have been utilized in conducting personal growth seminars and marriage workshops in diverse regions of the world, which covered the expanse of five different continents.

Ray and Carol are parents of three children and eight grandchildren, and they reside in Colorado, surrounded by the incomparable Rocky Mountains.
