Smoking

Follow as I traverse the anecdotes of my life as a smoker and how I finally quit. 'Smoking' is story of self discovery and awareness through a journey of intention and love that would go far beyond habit and addiction. Connections that could not be broke until my reason for addiction comes full circle.

After 30 years of Smoking. I never thought quitting could have been this easy, but here I am 20 yrs later. My journey as a smoker tells of love affair with it, the connection I had to it, and finally how I came to developing my fool proof plan to get this fool off cigarettes.

I think this book is relatable for most people who have struggled with an addiction they love, and maybe even find some light for the ones you wish away every night.

I'm sure many of you will relate to the emotion behind smoking, the pull it has on us, and I hope you will begin to recognize your reasons as well for starting; I can almost assure you that they are not what you think they are.

For everyone I hope you find some understanding in those around and maybe even for your own addictions, whether it be food, drugs, shopping... and so on.

I am not a writer of novels, but I am a story teller of sorts and although you may find grammatical errors, it is my hope that the story is captivating and relatable. I have tried to be brutally honest and heartfelt, as well humorous and most of all inspiring.
