Dr. Victoria Buntine grew up in Sydney and has been a family general practitioner for over 30 years, in Asia as well as all over Australia. She was fascinated by how well-educated adults were very naïve about their internal organs and yet kids were so connected and intrigued with their bodies. Her first story about body parts talking was written at school when she was 14.
