It is still common to face many equal§problems that were relevant decades ago. The health§care work is still heavily paper based, while the§technology has gained rapidly within the last§decades. Thus, how can the health care system be so§manual while the conditions of the technology are so§good? In this book, I will try to figure out some§directions towards the cause. The main idea is to§advise hospitals and vendors to put larger attention§towards mapping existing work practices and social§contexts before new technological solutions are§designed.
