The research was performed to analyze the 2021 National Immunization Survey-Teen (NIS-Teen) data to assess vaccination coverage among U.S. adolescents aged 13-17, focusing on the completion of 3+ HPV shots. Using a cell phone sampling strategy, 18,002 adolescents were sampled, and their vaccination records were verified through healthcare providers. The result determined that there is a significant association between vaccination status and demographic factors such as age, sex, race/ethnicity, mother's education, insurance type, and geographic region, with higher coverage observed among older adolescents, those with educated mothers, and those with private insurance or Medicaid. I used Logistic regression to confirm disparities across regions, with Rhode Island and Hawaii showing the highest coverage rates and Mississippi the lowest. The findings emphasize the need for targeted public health interventions to address gaps and enhance vaccination efforts.
