What happened to you, Mrs. Forster? From what I can gather, you were a sweet old lady who mostly kept to yourself. The only visitors you had were Jack Varney from across the street and your grandson, Kian. Who would have wanted to murder you in such an unfortunate, brutal way?

That's what I'm going to figure out. Well, me and Detective Salt, if he can ever get his shit together. He brought me in on this because you haven't left your house. You're haunting that place, and I don't blame you, but it's making this investigation near impossible.

And now Ryan Salt needs me.

He needs to quit drinking so much too, but he never listens to me. I have to admit, he is damn good at his job, even when he's wildly hungover. And he's not too hard on the eyes, either. Seriously though, he can be such a fuckwit sometimes. Why does he have to be a good-looking fuckwit?
