Saint Patrick: Resilience & Adaptability in Church Leadership explores the challenges faced by contemporary leaders in our changing world, with a particular focus on those who lead churches, home groups or Christian mission agencies. Highlighting societal shifts and the marginalisation of the Church and acknowledging the many complexities of current Western society, attention is drawn to the resulting liminality and confusion experienced by many today much as in St. Patrick's time.

In drawing inspiration from the resilient leadership exhibited by Patrick, this book serves as a lens through which aspects of remaining faithful and fruitful amid uncertainty are examined. Delving into Patrick's experiences, the material combines scholarly depth with a light touch, examining key themes such as:

1. Patrick's clear divine calling that shaped his ministry.
2. His openness to the Spirit.
3. His grounding in the Word.
4. How he navigated the inevitable conflicts (both external and internal) that he encountered in his ministry. 
5. The unyielding confidence he exhibited in God.
