Volume 2 continues the origin story of Markus Antoney Marbello, a being born not just of flesh-but of ancient power, destiny, and cosmic warfare. Conceived on Earth by Morbose, a demon who escaped from the depths of the underworld, Markus enters life in August 1963 through a mysterious and supernatural birth that demands a sacrifice before his first breath. From that moment forward, he learns a harsh truth: to exist, something must be taken-it takes life to make life.

But Markus is born into more than a family-he is born into a battlefield. His arrival intensifies a long-standing spiritual war between unseen realms. His aunt Linda, tormented by visions of otherworldly beings, is institutionalized after claiming she witnessed a rival entity named Rashma. Markus also confronts growing darkness inside his home as his father, Bill Marbello, falls under the influence of a powerful corrupting force known as Sartegus. This possession twists his father into a violent and dangerous man, casting a shadow of fear across the household.

While struggling to survive in a vulnerable human body, Markus must constantly find ways to sustain his unusual strength. Instinct drives him toward unconventional sources of energy, and he forms a supernatural bond with his black cat, T.J., transforming it into a loyal guardian and eternal companion.
