Raising Our Sons Straight

The premise of Raising Our Sons Straight is that we all come into this life innately heterosexual and that this is what we will become if we are allowed to develop normally. Unfortunately, our modern culture is filled with influences that interfere with the healthy development our children's heterosexual nature.

"The foundation of healthy heterosexuality is healthy gender", writes this author. Raising Our Sons Straight shows how a boy beginning in early childhood needs to grow up with confident, comfortable, age-appropriate assurance of his maleness and that he fits in his gender and the world of males.

In times now past our culture abounded with customs, practices and institutions that were conducive to our boys gaining that assurance. Those elements of our culture that once clarified the distinction between his maleness and the femaleness of the other sex have been confounded or eliminated outright by gender assaulting forces that afflict our society. The increasing sexual and gender deviancy we are seeing today is a direct consequence of a society that is violating gender, a fundamental, God given element of our being.
