Questioning and Inquiry : A Study on Leaders

World over people are curious and fascinated by leaders and their success stories.The various reasons for their success can be attributed to many factors such as their personality, attitude, industriousness, or even academic excellence. The list is endless. The art of questioning and skills becomes a major factor to suggest the quest for good leaders to develop. This may be the skills to ask questions and how to help the organizations in relation to the various aspects of leadership. Leading with questions will be one of the factors that determine the impact a leader has on his decision making.There is some work done in the areas of inquiry and the art of asking questions separately in India and globally, but not as a basis where questioning could lead to meaningful inquiry and how leaders have it them. Does it impact their decision-making process?The study is to explore leaders in specific areas to chalk out originality, to interview leaders to understand the parameters of success and the relationship or the correlation between the art of questioning and inquiry as a differentiator in success.
