Ellie, a typical short-legged dachshund, lives life with great enthusiasm and energy. One day a threatening bug descends on the town where she lives leaving behind a mist of particles that makes the residents ill. Dogtor Ella, a Labrador retriever, visits Ellie and helps her realize the steps she can take to recover those parts of herself she thought were lost forever.
