Purpose will improve the quality of life for all who read it. It is a powerful resource for creating a purposeful life. In studying this book, you will make progressive improvements to your life towards a clear purpose. Waddell enjoys the beautiful life he and his wife have created for themselves and their family. They get to travel together, relocate when and where they wish to, and vacation as they want, having new and exciting experiences along the way. They get to work with incredible people, and through Life Forge L.L.C., their Quality of Life Innovation company, they get to add value to many, many more.

But it wasn't always this way. Life for Waddell and his family had been a series of ups and downs, searching for the "next big thing" and dragging his family along the way. Yet, he had trouble finding a way to stay ahead in-between successes. He never forgets the day they lost everything. He and his family were evicted from the house he and his wife had built. The great community, schools, and luxuries they had were snatched away from them. They ended up living in a house, if you can call it that, with no heat or even hot water. With no job, savings or prospects, he found it difficult to look at himself in the mirror, let alone face his family and friends.

Each time he hit bottom, he used this strategy to get back on top. Waddell realized that he needed to continually re-align his life to a greater purpose. He uses Purposeful Life Alignment regularly to stay on top of life, and you can do this as well.

He is also a certified John Maxwell Team coach, speaker, and trainer and is an organizational effectiveness consultant. He is trained as an Experiential Learning facilitator with experience in Enlightened Leadership, Maximizing Performance in Teams, Managing Conflict in the Midst of Change, and corporate change management. He earned his Project Management Professional (P.M.P.) from Kennesaw State University.
