Progress In Learning Book 2 is the second in a series of reading workbooks, designed to provide students with a simple yet effective way to improve their literacy skills. Based on the Orton-Gillingham approach to reading, the series is:

• Phonics based

• Sequential
• Cumulative
• Multi-sensory.

Learning is achieved in small sequential steps in which students can experience a high success rate. This in turn leads to increased self esteem and motivation for independent learning.

Students learn to decode carefully graded word lists and read these accurately within the context of a sentence.
