Along with other generalized functions, native bio functioning of nanocarriers must also be taken in accounts like hydrophilic/hydrophobic ratio, clinical target, stability, the optimal route of administration, likely dose and frequency of dosing, drug release rates, toxicity, endocytosis/exocytosis and intracellular trafficking to desired targets.
