I have been a teacher for over 25 years, and through all of those years I made sure I implemented social emotional traits into my lessons, without actually knowing that I was doing it. Social emotional learning is such a large part of our everyday teaching and learning. In this workbook I will share different ways to embed the social emotional traits into your lessons. These are all activities that I implemented before they were adopted as a state curriculum guide. Our students need more than just academics, they also need emotional support every step of the way.
