 Tony McMath is a transformational teacher, chaplain, and leadership coach dedicated to restoring dignity, purpose, and possibility in the lives of incarcerated men and women. Drawing from more than two decades of curriculum design, spiritual formation, and metaphor-driven coaching, Tony creates learning environments where individuals feel seen, challenged, and empowered to rewrite their story.

As a Unit Chaplain with the Arkansas Department of Corrections, Tony leads classes, workshops, and one-on-one sessions that blend practical life skills with deep spiritual insight. His signature teaching style uses vivid metaphors, interactive exercises, and accessible language to help participants confront limiting beliefs, build emotional resilience, and develop habits that support long-term success.
