Have you ever wondered how to talk to your children about interacting with differently-abled kids?

Interacting consciously with differently-abled children in our community presents a beautiful opportunity to expand our pathways for connection by learning new forms of communication.

In this book, young readers are guided on a journey to the natural beauty of Calabogie Ranch, home of Rose, a wild horse. There, sisters Juliana and Gabi re-discover and celebrate their unique superpowers. And along the way, readers learn how Gabi-who was born with a rare genetic disorder-communicates through energy and body language. They also learn, through the eyes of Juliana, how to translate Gabi's messages for those who may be new to interacting with children who are non-verbal.

This book illustrates the gift in connecting to a person's essence, a force that is expansive and free, extending far beyond the realm of what is readily visible on the outside. It is also a celebration of the siblings of differently-abled children, and a beautiful reminder of the heart-to-heart connection available to each of us at every moment, a connection that operates in a realm beyond words, and even beyond body language.
