I have spent a long time bringing together these beautiful recipes that celebrate all things Chilli and my love of cooking. A few years back, I pivoted in life, throwing in my corporate role and investing in my love of food and a little wine - ok, more than a little. I've been developing these recipes well before we launched Fleurieu Food and Wine in eager anticipation. I have been so blessed living in the wonderful Fleurieu Peninsula to have had an excellent tasting team of my family and friends, and this book is dedicated to you all.
