This book chronicles ten of those encounters-stories that stayed with me long after the passengers stepped out and disappeared into their lives. Some made me laugh until my sides ached. Others brought tears to my eyes as I sat alone in my car afterward, processing what I'd just heard. The names have been changed and some details altered to protect privacy, but the essence of each story remains true.
