The development of college/university linked§retirement communities on or near a campus has become§a significant movement across the country. The§motivation of older adults returning to campus is§qualitatively different from those who choose§traditional retirement communities. It is obvious§that there is a hunger for something more than warm§weather and a condo on the 5th green.
