This book is not a full commentary on Exodus. There are many commentaries available for those who seek. This book on Exodus shares the thoughts of an ordinary Bible student, inspired by the Holy Spirit. Readers will find new insights into the story that bring them closer to God. In addition to Israel's immigration to the promised land, God's Grace is repeatedly manifested in Exodus. But modern Christians forget that He punishes the guilty, and breaking God's commandments has its severity.

This book portrays Moses' predicament in leading the Israelites and his interaction with God in simple narratives.

There are several non-traditional ideas in this book that may run counter to conventional beliefs. You can further test these and come to your conclusion with the Word of God. The author here emphasizes that our God is not the source of confusion or controversy. He also believes there is no paradox in the Bible. If someone feels there are conflicting passages in the Bible, it is due to centuries of wrong interpretation, teaching, and translation errors. The author brings several of these to the forefront, but many still remain in the Word.
